Privacy Policy
What ImVisible collects from visitors to imvisible.tech and people who fill in our forms, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to use your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). The Thai version is the primary version.
1. Who is responsible
IMAI Group Co., Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand), which operates ImVisible, is the data controller for data collected through imvisible.tech and app.imvisible.tech (our free check tools).
2. What you type into our forms
- Free check "Does AI recommend your brand?": brand/shop name, website or page, business type, your name, phone number, keywords/services you're interested in, optional LINE ID and email, and an optional weekly re-check.
- Free website health check: website link, your name, phone number.
- Call-back forms (SEO / Google Ads pages): name, phone, LINE ID (some pages), website, what you're interested in or a rough budget.
- Website tool (/tool/) and article forms: name, phone or LINE ID, message.
Please don't enter sensitive data (for example health information); we don't need it.
3. What is collected automatically
- How you arrived: campaign utm values, Google ad click ID (gclid), whether a Facebook click parameter (fbclid) was present, the referring site and the first page you landed on — so we know which channel a lead came from.
- Device type (mobile / tablet / desktop). Our lead-source tracking does not store your full IP address or user agent.
- Hashed phone number: when you submit a form, your browser hashes the number (SHA-256) and our server hashes it again with a secret key, so we can count leads from AI or ads without storing the number in that part of the system.
- Check results (score, AI answers, brands the AI mentioned). Each result has its own link; anyone with the link can open it. It shows the brand and score, not your name or phone number.
4. Cookies and ad tags
imv_at(our own cookie + localStorage, 90 days): first and latest traffic source (utm, ad click ID, referring site). No name or phone.imv_sid,imv_ch(sessionStorage, until the tab closes): a random visit ID and the arrival channel.- Google Ads tag (gtag.js, Google LLC): measures whether a click on a Google ad led to a form submission or a call/LINE tap, and is used for remarketing: people who visited our site are added to audience lists (e.g. "visited in the last 30 days", "visited but did not submit a form") so ImVisible ads can be shown to them on Google's network of sites, apps and YouTube. We do not upload your name, phone or email to these lists and only see aggregate list sizes. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings. Google may set its own cookies — see how Google uses ad data.
- Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google's servers to load fonts (no cookies).
We currently do not use a Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. If we add one, we'll update this page first. You can delete or block cookies in your browser and the site still works.
5. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run the check you asked for and show the result (steps you requested before a contract). The free AI check sends only the brand name, business type and website to AI providers. Your name, phone and email are not sent to any AI.
- To contact you about the SEO / AEO / Google Ads service you asked about (your consent and request).
- To send weekly re-check results, only if you opt in (consent; unsubscribe any time).
- To measure which channels and ads bring enquiries, and to block spam (our legitimate interests).
We don't sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
6. Who sees or receives it
- The ImVisible / IMAI Group team (sales and system admins), through our internal CRM.
- LINE: when a form is submitted, the system sends the name, phone and topic to our team's internal LINE group so we can call back quickly.
- Service providers working for us: cloud hosting for our servers and database, an email provider (only if you ask for results by email), and AI providers (brand data only, see section 5). Some may be located outside Thailand.
- Google, through the Google Ads tag (section 4).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
- Article forms: 12 months from submission, then deleted automatically.
- Free check and call-back forms: kept in our CRM while we're in contact about the service, or until you ask us to delete it. For customers, for the contract period and as accounting/tax law requires.
- Traffic-source cookie (imv_at): 90 days in your browser.
- Weekly results: stop as soon as you unsubscribe or tell us.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete or anonymise it, restrict or object to its use, port it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us (section 9); we reply within 30 days and may first verify your identity. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
