What are AEO services, and what should you get for your money? Answer Engine Optimization is the work of getting your content chosen as the answer, not only ranked as a blue link. When someone asks Google a question and an AI Overview appears, or asks ChatGPT and it cites three websites, AEO is what decides whether one of those sources is you. A good AEO service should tell you exactly which questions it is targeting, which engines it measures, how often, and what counts as success. Here is how we answer each of those.
Why answers matter more than clicks now
Similarweb clickstream data published by SparkToro in June 2026 found that in the first four months of 2026, 68% of U.S. Google searches ended without a click to any website (SparkToro). Being the source of the answer is how you stay visible when the click doesn't happen. And when it does, it is worth more: Semrush estimates the average visitor from AI search is 4.4 times as valuable as a traditional organic visitor, measured by conversion rate (Semrush).
What our AEO service includes
Indexing first
Google says a page needs to be indexed and eligible for a snippet to appear in AI features, with no special markup required (Google Search Central). Many sites lose here without knowing it. We submit new and updated pages daily through IndexNow, which Bing uses, and through Google's Indexing API once your domain is connected to Search Console. We also check index status page by page with the URL Inspection API and resubmit anything that hasn't been picked up.
A question map with one primary page per question
We collect the questions your buyers actually ask, including the long, conditional ones people type into assistants, and assign each a single primary page. That stops your own pages from splitting signals across near-duplicates, which is one of the most common problems we find on sites that have published a lot of content.
Answer-first writing with sources
Each page opens with a direct answer in the first paragraph, then adds the specifics a model can quote: definitions, steps, comparisons, tables, typical costs and timelines when you publish them, and an FAQ. The Princeton-led GEO study (KDD 2024) found that adding statistics, quotations and cited sources raised content visibility in generative answers by up to about 40%, while keyword stuffing didn't help (arXiv 2311.09735). We only include numbers we can source, and we never invent them. Drafts are produced with our AI system from facts you've confirmed, and reviewed by our team before publishing. Regulated topics, such as health, go to you for approval first.
Structured company data (entity work)
We write and maintain Organization or LocalBusiness and FAQ structured data, clean up your about page, and make sure your company facts match across the web. To be clear about evidence: Google says structured data isn't required for AI features, and we haven't seen proof that llms.txt affects selection by any engine. We do this work because consistent facts reduce the chance of an assistant getting your company wrong, not because it is a ranking trick.
Off-site support
Answer engines lean heavily on third-party sources. Ahrefs found that branded web mentions correlate with AI Overview visibility far more strongly than backlinks do, 0.664 against 0.218 across 75,000 brands (Ahrefs). So AEO overlaps with GEO here. We identify the sites the engines cite for your questions and prepare listings and copy for them. See how our GEO programme works.
How we measure AEO
| Metric | Source | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| % of tracked questions where AI cites or recommends you (main KPI) | Live questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude | Weekly |
| Google AI Overview present and citing you | Live Google results via DataForSEO | Weekly |
| Competitors named in the same answers | Saved answer text | Weekly |
| Rankings, impressions, index status | Google Search Console, DataForSEO | Weekly / daily |
One answer is a noisy sample, so we read trends across repeated runs, and the free check-up before you start uses three rounds over about five days. Every number in your dashboard links back to its source, including the exact AI answer.
Timeline and terms
Indexing and the first ranking movements usually show within weeks. Being cited as a source often follows within the first months for specific, factual questions. Being named for broad "best provider" questions takes longer, because it depends on what other sites say about you. The minimum term is 6 months. Our guarantee: after 3 full months, if AI hasn't mentioned your brand at all in the questions we measure, month 4 is free of charge.
About us
ImVisible is run by IMAI Group in Bangkok, led by CEO Thanaphat Thinakul. We serve Singapore and Southeast Asia remotely, in English, and we don't have a local office. FAQ
Is AEO different from SEO?
SEO aims for rankings and clicks. AEO aims for your page to be the source used in an answer. AEO depends on SEO basics like indexing, crawlability and quality content, then adds answer-first structure, sourced facts and entity consistency.
Which answer engines do you cover?
Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.
Where is the content published?
On your own domain or a subdomain such as blog.yourcompany.com. Content on your own domain builds your authority; content on ours wouldn't.
Can you guarantee a featured answer?
No. No one controls which source an engine picks. We guarantee the measurement and the month-4 waiver described above.
How do we get a quote?
Run the free AI-visibility check, email contact@imaigroup.ai, or message LINE @imaiofficial. We quote after the check-up.
